Terry brings to Traiman Consultants over four decades of financial leadership earned at the highest levels of South African and global business. Her career spans a major retail and commercial bank — where she was among the youngest women in the country to be appointed Branch Manager — through the finance function of a JSE-listed technology group, to her final position as Head of Finance for a global investment bank's African operations. In that role she was responsible for the full spectrum of financial controls for one of the world's most demanding institutions. Holder of a Masters of Business Leadership awarded with distinction, Terry founded Traiman Consultants on a conviction forged across forty-five years: that the same rigour, discipline, and insight she applied at the highest levels of global finance can — and should — be accessible to every business.
